if you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please see below.

in order to return merchandise, it must be returned within 7 days of receiving. merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and must have all tags and original packaging attached.

grippysox does not warrant its products against normal wear and tear or damage due to not following care instructions.

shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

sale items are considered final sale.

once your return has been approved, we'll email you on how to send the merchandise back. shipping fees for the return will be your responsibility.

please note that grippysox can't be held liable for any items lost in transit.

refunds

refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 to 14 days from which grippysox receives the return. you'll be notified by email when this transaction has taken place. please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
